We run away from the perceived dragons in our lives; from what may happen in the future, what happened in our past.
We dread, stress and strain from the difficulties and challenges of life and try to avoid them in the future.
We constantly strive to find the unicorn in life - the next best thing, the newest, latest, fastest, most fashionable thing which we think will make us happy; only to be disappointed once we achieve it and start the chase all over again.
Learning how to focus on the present (which is the real gift) is all we all have in life!
Focussing on happiness and not avoiding the challenges of life but facing them 'head on' is how we find our true selves and happiness!
It's simple to change our perspective and achieve real happiness; but, we will need to work every day to maintain this and learn not get sucked into the daily grind or rat race!
Our 'mindfulness for kids' program is a fun and interactive program run by me for kids like me!
Running around trying to manage life can be very hectic however some simple techniques and information will help you focus on light and appreciate the darkness life sometimes offers!
Helping managers enjoy their challenging role and balance work/life pressures is what we LOVE doing!
